Access 2003 Action Failed Error

I was in the middle of importing this massive spreadsheet that I've been working on, but I encountered the Action Failed message below. I've attached the action message in a word document. Prior to pressing the import button I had to update the file path, which I did last week. The import worked but after reconciling I noticed I had failed to update the profiles for new clients so after doing that I re-imported today. That's when I received the Action Failed error message. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can go about trouble shooting this?

I appreciate any help I an get.

you can't attach files using a local address on your machine, dear. upload it using the wizard here on the forum.
