Access 2003 Action Failed Error

I have a database which we have been using for some time. A colleague has just got a new computer and for reasons I won't go into only has Access 2003 on it. When she tries to open a macro it comes up with the action failed error message although it is fine on my computer which has Access 2007.

Can anyone help me as to why this is?
