Access 2003 - Pop Up Calendar - same date for each record

I am using Access 2003. I created a pop up calendar. It works well but not perfectly. Each time I click on a date in the calendar that same date shows up for each record in the form. What can I do to correct this?

Is the field that the calendar is writing to a bound or unbound field?

The field is unbound.

Needs to be bound to a field so the date can be "stored" for each record created, if I'm following what John Big Booty is getting at correctly..
