Access 2007 issues

I have just installed Access 2007 on a Vista PC. I don't seem to be able to get anything to happen when I right click the mouse on say, a query in the navigation panel to try to get it in design mode. Any suggestions?

Thinking that this might be a bug I have tried to install the latest updates but I keep getting the response back from the update website that I need to be in administrator mode (which I am!).
