Access 2010 locking up in windows 10 environment (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Please a quick one here.
I have an app that is shared by 2 user (splitted BE/FE).
Everything was working fine until I discovered that it's becoming too slow and so I upgraded the windows from 7 to 10 pro.
My puzzle now is that the same access app that was working is now locking up after on user is connected or if both are logged in simultaneously, the form data will be blank, no record.
Please what do I do to get this resolved?

Does each person have their own copy of the FE?
each gets a copy on their own PC.

so you have split the app - does each user have their own copy of the FE or are they sharing it?

With regards speed, that may be down to network performance, but more likely around how efficient your app is - use of indexes for example
