I don't know of an Access certification that someone would write a book for. I looked last year 'cause I thought it would be neat to get Access certification (looks good on a resume), but couldn't find anything from Microsoft (or anyone else who matters).
Looks like the only option is to become a VIP of a forum like this and put that on your resume or to bribe someone to make you a Microsoft MVP (I still haven't received an invitation). I'm not sure how much value a perspective employer would place on either of those because both require a huge sacrifice of time, time which is taken away from your employer.
