Solved Access Database Suddenly Shutting Down

My Access Database FE (accdb) has been running for several months on a Citrix Server without issue. Developed in Access 2013, Citrix Server is using Access 2016. Now we get this (when client clicked the Export button):

"Execution of this application has stopped due to a run-time error: The application can't continue and will be shut down"​

Now this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...a/59051762-61bb-4ea8-9c9e-08fd891af844?page=1, has a reply that is suggesting that I just make it an accde.

check1: did you get an office update? We did and Microsoft caused this very error.
Once we rolled back the update, it worked.

check2: ANOTHER possibility to try if you had no updates:
i will occasionally get a db that gets ornery and does that. I think its a micro corruption.
If repair doesnt fix it, try creating a new blank db, then import EVERYTHING. Then youll need to manually add any REFERENCES.
This will fix it most of the time.

Tho some PCs have rejected it even after that.

Thanks for your response. Hubby just called. He rebooted and it worked. I will look into your suggestions
