The next annual Access DevCon event will take place on 22/23/24 April (2021)
As was the case last year, it will be a virtual conference and the programme has just been released.
Full details of the conference agenda can be found here.
Registration and pricing is available here. As always it is likely to get fully booked quickly

NOTE: The dates and links for DevCon 2022 are in post #24

Sure enough, Power Apps is featured prominently. I keep saying AWF should get in on it early :) Will be very interesting!

Agreed, not only create a new forum for PowerApps, you all should start learning it, or another great web RAD tool like Zoho Creator

"twinBASIC" by Wayne Phillips, a VBA compatible compiler. In next to no time you'll be creating more secure and more performant EXEs, Addins, and DLLs that you can use and reference directly from VBA.

LOL. I was asked to do a 15 minute presentation on my JSON app.
As Andy Warhol once said
Everyone will be world famous for 15 minutes

The main programme looks really good this year together with the optional workshops

Do you know, I might sign up for the conference. It looks pretty good, especially with Colin flying over to Seattle :D (or maybe not)

Last year's virtual conference was free and this year they're charging 85 euros for it, 240 for the 1 day workshop, and its all done online with MS Teams.
I will wait for youtube videos of the conference to be available for free.
I would be surprised if the MS Acccess Team participates and what they would say.

The MS Access team has done a presentation at DevCon for the last four years.
Each session is recorded and available after the event for anyone who registers for the event.
With occasional exceptions, they aren't normally made available to the public.

Last year's event was originally planned as a live conference in Vienna.
Due to the lockdown it was hastily rescheduled as a free online event rather than cancel it completely.
If you don't think this year's price is reasonable, don't register.

As I mentioned in post #10, MS have done a presentation on recent Access developments and future plans at DevCon each year since it began in 2017, either in person or as a video presentation. This year is no exception.

I am impressed with how Zoho have rapidly expanded their range of products. I think they did it all without funding too.

As usual it will make its way to youtube so I will wait for it and also read Philipp Stiefel's takeaway feedback.

Three of the sessions from DevCon 2021 have now been uploaded to YouTube by Karl Donaubauer.
These are available from here along with all 2020 sessions.

Thanks Colin @isladogs
I will enjoy having a look at the videos, especially your own contribution.
