The second Access Europe User Group meeting for 2026 will be on Wednesday 4 Feb starting at 18:00 UK time (6PM UTC) and finishing by 19:30 (7.30PM). Please note that the UK is currently on winter time. For local times, please check World Time Buddy

In this session, we are very pleased to welcome back Aleksander Wojtasz from Warsaw, Poland. Aleksander's previous two presentations on Interactive Gantt Charts were very popular and he has by far the highest number of views of all our 47 sessions to date on YouTube.

This time, Aleksander will be covering a completely new topic. He will demonstrate how to use the Access Edge browser control to visualize data in a grid format.
This will include:
• loading an HTML + CSS + JavaScript template from a web hosting service or a local path to the Edge web browser control.
• shaping MS Access data so it can be passed as a parameter to the Me.EdgeBrowser0.ExecuteJavascript (command) function
• formatting data received from MS Access using JavaScript to create an HTML structure for the data grid
• handling events in the HTML structure – mouse move – displaying a product thumbnail.
• debugging code at the MS Access VBA → HTML/JavaScript integration. (Ms Access debugger / Ms Edge Web Dev Tools)

I hope you will join us on Wed 4 Feb for this session.

For more details about the topic and speaker together with connection details for the meeting, please visit https://www.isladogs.co.uk/aeu-48/ or https://accessusergroups.org/europe/event/access-europe-2026-02-04/

Please also download and import this iCalendar (.ics) file to your calendar application e.g. Outlook.
Doing this will add a recurring event for the first Wed of each month at the correct time for your location/time zone.

The meeting will again be held on Zoom. When the time comes, you can connect using Join Zoom Meeting.
