Hi All,
My boss wants us to have a way for people to call in and somehow if possible the "call" messages to be put into the database.i could nt say no/yes. i told her i will find out.im not too sure if that is possible??if it is possible can you please help us how we can do that.
we normally call for the refills for our people and do it via automated machine. this is where she got the idea.
any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

are you using any software to answer the calls? eg http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/answering.html?ref=google&ref2=c1a1

this would give you the ability to collect the data
