I have three reports in a db, all showing the same data but using three different queries to give Current Year data, a variable date selection (using a form) and the final report shows ALL data. The most unusual thing about these reports & associated queries & tables is that one tbl has lots of fields. My problem is that when I view the reports more than three or four times, without closing the db, Access runs out of memory. The major offender is the report which shows all data (to be expected). This happens when I edit the reports too. If I just open a report & view it (or edit), which is the way I usually "do it" then everything is ok, but if I swap & change reports (or edit) a few times then the "rot' sets in. I have to Ctl/Alt/Del & restart Access. Luckily nothing is lost, damaged etc. when this occurs. Any ideas on how to fix it?
