I am trying to create an access page. I have created the page but the problem I have encountered is that people who do not have Access on their computers who need to use this Access page get a "Data provider cannot be initialized" error and then the "could not use;' file already in use" error. The folder the page and database is in is being shared with all of them so they all can access the folder and all they simply use the page for is a quick search, so I don't know why they are getting this error message. I put the permissions mdw file in the same folder and assigned the work group to that but the problem is still there.
Any suggestions in fixing this?
