Hello

I've a built a simple report in Access.

Only issue is, I'd like to utilize the space beneath and have another report directly underneath. I would have a subtotal then would total "Headcount" plus "other" which is from a second report. Is this possible to do?
Many thanks

hopefully it's not too early in the morning and my thinking isn't off, but your report looks like a spreadsheet. a report inside a report is called a subreport, and yes it happens all the time. i'm no report expert, but if you want to total the entire headcounts in the image, it seems to me that you would have to add every single box on the bottom row that has a number in it, manually to a new box.

If you have a reportA with a subreportA1 as well as another completely independent reportB (not a subreport of the reportA), then you can create another report, making reportA and reportB as subreports.
