Access Runtime keep crashing on Windows Server 2012 R2

Just want to make sure Access Runtime 2013 and 2016 can run on Windows Server 2012 R2 or not.
As the official download site said Supported Operating System has only
Windows 10 , Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012
