Access to .exe

I have an access file that was converted to an .exe file. If I open the .exe file I can add different parts to our part list and it will show up on access, but if I add new manufacturers to our manufacturing list it overwrites that last file typed in on access. How do I fix the .exe file to save every manufacturer I type in to the Access database?
