Access to Word Automation Not Displaying Graphics

I am using MS Access 2003. I have a Access "report" that I am using outputto to launch Word. It works really well. The only remaining problem is that I have a logo (graphics picture) that is not display in word. Text, Text Boxes, fonts work well. Just the logo is not coming across.

Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions.
