Access viewer through intranet

I have a DB in Access in my company & I would like all / part of my staffs in various department to view it. We have had the intranet for the company ERP system & mail servor to run.

Question :

(1) How can I allow other people to view without purchase more copy of licence siftware?

(2) Is there any compiler in MDE can help? Please suggest.

(3) How about convert the Access into web page? Is yes, how to do so?
