Activate Command Buttons When Filter By Form

In short how can you do this?

As soon as it goes into filter by form mode my command buttons are locked!

I cannot access the toolbars as I am using pop up windows and I have locked down my right mouse button.

I need to be able to apply the filter I have just selected!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Found a workaround...

In the absence of any better ideas, i've created a new form with just the apply form filter button on it and made this pop-up as well...

Then when I click my filter by form button, this form opens as well, this way I can choose my criteria and then click on this "floating" button.

On this click, the floating form closes down and activates the filter by form form and applies the filter!

Not very neat but in case anyone else is stuck on this, it does work!
