ActiveX Control not showing up for use with query

I am building a query that uses values entered into a form as parameters. I have a combo box and an activeX date picker control on the form. When I am tying in the controls to the query via expression builder, the combo box shows up as available but the date picker is not in the list.

Anyone have a solution?
