activex controls in forms help please

I want to add a m windows media player activex control to a form and then get it to play a file selected by the user from a drop down list. I can insert the form - no real expertise needed there - but I can't seem to work out how to provide the code to make it work. I've search endlessly on the web and can't find a thing on this control. has anyone out there done this before? Any help wouod be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance
