add combo value to query

Hi to all,

It's me again, I created a query for my report (sales rep per region) and I just want to add one more field (entered in Combo box) on my criteria. I made a form to be able to enter the value in combo field (for sales rep name). I am having problem on how can I get the value of combo field and add it to my query. Is it possible? Please help once again.
