ADD FORM for Relation MANY to MANY...?

Hi to everyone, I want some help, i tried but i can't do the forms below...

In my db i want to create 2 forms:

At the first form i want, first, to add a project and then to add some materials for this project.These records i want to be added on the "Materials vs project" table.

At the second form i want to add several cretarions and values for every "ID" from the "Materials vs project" table.

ANY IDEAS...

Check out the form (I just used the auto form wizard).

Thanx boblarson, but i want to create a form without auto wizard.Because I would like to have a form to do these things:

1. Select a project name ONE TIME From the "Projects" table (Combo box)

2. Select multiple Materials from the "Materials" table (not ONE material like the auto wizard do)

3. Save this record to the "Materials vs Projects" table like the attach picture 1


I try that today but i can't for hours.My form save the record like the attach picture 2

Oh i forget it
I try to do that With a multi list box (Add one, addall, removeone, removeall) which i find it in forum. Ididn't succeeded. Require VBa .I'm NOOBIE So...
