Add New Exchange User

Good afternoon all,

I've looked everywhere but I can't seem to find out if what I want to do it doable.

I'd like to make a form that is used to add new employees, to prevent the IT department from having to do everything that's simple. Most of it is easy but the one huge thing I'd like it to do is add new Exchange users to the server using VBA, including new mailboxes in the process. I have Exchange 2003 and MS Access 2003.

I did read that it's possible to do through excel, which would require the access form data to export into excel, then have it appended to Exchange

Is this possible to do with just VBA in access?
