My question is on how to add a new record in form & searching for a record in a sub-form.
I understand that the simplest way is to add it in the navigation toolbar. However, I will have proble if I want to add it on the field which is located in the sub-form.
E,.g :
I have a table (tbl) with [Name] …etc and a subform with field of [ID No] ( this [ID No] was originate from 2nd table which has link by one to many from tbl1) and I put all in a form. I also had put a combo box on [Name] for searching purpose.
(1)I have no problem on adding a new record in [ID No] in the sub-form but I can not do it in [Name] when the combo box is there.
(2) How can I search for [ID No] by creating a bottom?
