Add tabs to custom ribbon

Hiya

I have a custom ribbon that I've been working on with all the icons etc
but having issues with adding more tabs

I cirrently have this

But that only gives 1 tab.. I need tabs for -

Add Details
Edit Details
Reports
System

Any ideas?

A little searching around the site HiTechCoach gave you should give you a lot..... but heres an example of what to look for....
