Added a Field Problem

I added a field in the template that comes with access call service call management in the invoice screen . That went ok BUT when i try to print the invoice it does not show up . Where do I go to add it to the print ??? This is my first time at this BUT the add worked

when you talk about adding a field to invoice screen was this on a form or report?
 
I added to the invoice form . That works ok . But when i print that form it does not show

It worked the first time for me , I was shocked as I have never doen it before

What you need to do is to find the Report that is used for printing the invoice and then add your new field to the report.
 
It Could be the Invoice Report That you need to change

I ran into another problem . In teh invoice field there is a place for the Person who is entering it name to be placed It is looking at he employee list . How can i remove it as I do not need it and it will make posting much faster . I know you just can not delete it form the form as it will look for it . How would I disable it completely
