Adding Calculated fields in a Query

The table below shows the payroll of different business in Busia district

Shalom Ministries Ltd 18,890,000
Bukenya National Park Services Ltd 46,125,000
Taaka Smarts Ltd 39,189,000
Kiirya Ltd 6,876,000
Required to;
using Ms Access 2010; create a query named cox with business and turnover.
On the query cox above add calculated fields to find the following
Using table 3 below add a calculated field called Presumptive-tax
Using table 4 add a calculated field called LST.

Thank you spikel for the attention you have provided to my question.. I have already created the database, performed the cox query but the major problem is how to use table 3 and table four to add calculated fields to the cox query.

Please revert to me as the deadline for the assignment is near.
