adding in a report

is it possable to find and add up all ammounts assosiated with a boolian box.
e.g.
123 ticked
10-------this one would not be addedbut the ticked ammounts would
56 ticked
= 179
in a report

Can you explain this more clearly please? I don't understand exactly what you want to do. Do you want to count the numbers of YES/No fields that are TRUE?

No, now I see what you mean...

Put a calculated field in your report

iif(MyCheckBox,MySumField, 0)

and do a running sum overall to get the total
