Hey,

I wanted to create running totals for each of those cells in the form. Basically just to add up each of the columns and when the period (record) changes, the totals will recalculate and display the correct values.

Ive tried the simple sum formula but ive been having lots of problems and errors.

Is this actually possible?

If so please explain to me how.

Look at the attached sample. Hopefully it helps.

Hey ive tried that before, but the problem im getting now is that because that is a subform, and i put the total box in the bottom of the subform, i just get #Error in the box...thats the same way i was trying but i dont kno what im doing wrong.

Maybe just post your DB for me so I can look at it. I used MS Access 2000 so, if you could, make a copy of your DB and convert it to that version.

The example I posted is the way to do it, so I don't know how else to help you unless you post your DB so I can take a look at it. Good luck.
