Administer users and user groups

Good morning everyone,

I think I am slightly confused... I split my database into front- and back-end and set up user level security (for the back-end, I think).
Now I have front-end, back-end and the workgroup info file.
In which of these do I administer my user and group accounts? Or does it not matter?

Only UserIDs and Passwords are stored within the Workgroup Information File. Object-level access rights are stored within the database. Both security elements should fit together to get access to the database objects. You have to implement object level access rights in Back-End (tables) as well as Front-End (other objects) databases.
