An excellent, must listen to, podcast by Alan Dershowitz.
Turley on Trump: "This Is A Free Speech-Killing Indictment," Dems Are Reaching The Line With The American Public
Both Alan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley have been highly critical of the Department of Justice filing (bogus) indictments against Trump.

As a side note: Democrats don't seem to realize that when they stretch the law, that the Republicans could retaliate in-kind. :cautious:
On second thought, The Democrats realize that the Republicans are too cowardly to crawl into the gutter to retaliate.

OMG. Good thing she had this interview on a Friday. They'll fire her on Monday though. Then she can make the rounds in the US.

Her friends in the media didn't seem happy that Trump had rights under the constitution, in fact they seemed baffled.

I don't like to wish ill on other people but I REALLY would like to see some of the people who think Trump has no rights be deprived of theirs AND then be accused of bogus, made up crimes where no one can cite an actual statute that he has violated.

Trump is being accused of free speech. The media keeps editing what he said on Jan 6th, claiming he either didn't act fast enough or that he provoked it. It's all covered by the Constitution.
