Analyse it with MS Excel ---- field limit??

Hi,

I have created a report with about 20 fields. When I run the report and then click on "Analyse it with MS Excel" I get:

"Microsoft Access can't retrieve the value of this property....... The property isn't available from the view in which you're running the macro or visual basic code, or Microsoft Access encountered an error while retrieving the value of the property."

When I have about 4 fields on the report it exports to excel okay.

Is there a limit on the number of fields that can be exported to excel using the "Analyse it with MS Excel" function?

There is, but you're nowhere near the limit. So, there is something else going on here.

I would start with your 4 field report, adding one field and checking until you get to the one which is causing the problem.
