None of the wizzards are available, like new form wizzard, or input mask wizzard, you get the idea.
I installed Access with all options, and it's still unavailable.

My home computer does the same thing. I just have to keep putting the disk in and reinstalling things as I go.

You have not given the version of Access you are have this problem with. I am assuming that you are using Access 2000. This is a known problem with this version. Follow the link below for information and a fix.
