Okay, I have a Report that works off of a Query. I can input 2 dates and I get the results of a month, year or week.

What I would like it to do is:

Before I print out a report, enter in a field to specify Month.

So if i wanted to print records from 6/01/02 to 6/30/02, I could enter in "June" and it would plot that into the Report.

Is this possible?

Thanks.

You can put this in your Query:
ShowMonth:Format([Yourfield],"mmmm"). If [Yourfield] contains the date 7/10/02, in your new field will show July. I hope that is what you wanted :)

Not exactly,

I'll try to clarify. Lets say I wanted to print up a report for the month of April. I need to set something up so that when I print it out I can tell it to put "April" in a field somewhere.

I dont know if this is possible or not. I was curious because it would help the reports look nicer. At this moment I have to hand write "June's Report" "May's Report" and so on.

As it is now, I have a current date set up inside the report. When the report is printed, todays date shows up. Thats why I would like to put somewhere on it which month the report is for.
