Anyone using fla. or swf files successfully ?

I have tried tons of methods but, the movies are always jerky
when they are run on their own (form). Anyone else having this
problem or know how to solve it...
There are several posts suggesting someways but, they don't
work...
One post mentioned a smooth run if you right click on the
shockwave window and that is correct..but, otherwise i
have the same studdering problem with the animation
regardless of the size of the file.
I also tried embedding and linking with not luck..
