Apostrophe

When I try to enter a text with the apostrophe inside the text box and hit save button it keeps adding apostrophes near my apostrophe I guess to close the opened apostrophe.

How can I save the apostrope without having additional ones every time I hit save?

I dont know. I was just asked to fix such behavior

Access stores and displays data entered with an apostrophe perfectly. Just to make sure (again) I just tried it out.

There is more to your situation that we don't know about. And since we don't know about it, you're not likely to get a valuable answer.

Double check to see if someone wrote code that either writes data after it has been entered or reads it into the form. You might also see if the errant data was created during an ETL event. Since Microsoft spent millions of dollars in development and testing on Access, my guess is that you'll find the problem in code written by someone else.

Can you duplicate this behavior on a fresh data record? If so, would you mind sharing the steps you go through to duplicate it?
