Appointments

I want to create a form where I can choose a date in a text box, a staff member in a List box and in the last box it shows the available times. It is linked to an appointment query to check data and a staff list table. I am working on the basis of only having three time slots. I have got as far as makinhg a date text box and a list box with the staff listed but no idea where to go from here.

Do you have the staff names in 1 table and the appointments in another related to an id field, if so why not use a form and subform, having a combo to select the staff member and below it can list dates and appointments
