Are Tables Normalized and Relationship Correct.. some advice please

Hi,

I am Creating a Access 2007 Database for my Collection Invertory.
I want to keep track of Items and produce Reports.

There are many tables of which about five tables are for data entries.
others are lookup tables.

One table namely tblCountryNTypes (pk CountryTypeID auto,MainIndex Unique
based on (fk UsageTypeID+fk CountryID ). So that no duplicates.

My apologies I had some queruies and Forms created I removed all those.
I have kept Copy though. I encounter some problems with creating forms
and subforms.

Please have a look at the attachment Db and relationship..I want to make
sure I have all tables Normatlized.

Any suggestion, hints Highly appreciated...
