And the brainwashing just keep getting better and better. Keep on believing the "Liberal Media" is ruining your life.
"Trump taps conservative media pundit Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary"
Straight out of the Hitler Goebbels playbook.

I get it that no evidence will ever be enough. Sadly, for many, hindsight is gonna be a difficult pill to swallow.

Taking Brainwashing to a whole new level.

We don't need no education; only the rich deserve to be educated. And oh yeah, lets indoctrinate them into a (our) religion while we're at it.

Betsy DeVos joins Trump’s call to 'disband' the Department of Education and 're-empower' families

The statistics for the department of education have been dismal at best, we could do a lot better.

Keep on believing the "Liberal Media" is ruining your life.

Are you REALLY that obtuse? You HAVE to be trolling us as a joke. Liberal media outlets pushed HARD for Kamala (and Papa Joe before her). They did their best to install, not one but TWO incompetent people into the most import office in the USA, and arguably the world.

WHY should I listen to ANYTHING from the "liberal media?" Those same media outlets continually push the narrative that the 2020 election was not tainted. I don't claim it was stolen because the means to prove that is long gone - but it was terribly suspicious from a "statistical outlier" viewpoint. "Liberal Media's" biased reporting did a lot to try to bolster Joe and Kamala.

These days, Joe couldn't give a speech without a teleprompter - with big print and a slow scroll rate. He zones out during press events. It was and is clear that Joe is borderline mentally incompetent. I don't think I want to know who was actually running the country behind the scenes. I do know that even his own party disallowed him to run for a 2nd term. Talk about a vote of "no confidence!" But before that big disownment, liberal media supported him blindly.

Kamala CANNOT speak extemporaneously and cannot think on her feet. Her speeches are characterized by word salad, deflection of topic, and a nervous laugh when she realizes she is cornered. She was pressed in an evening interview to demonstrate any policy difference between herself and Papa Joe - and she couldn't. Not more than four years ago she was questioned on her policies as a litmus test for becoming VP and showed her true "flaming liberal" colors. Do you HONESTLY think we needed a president like that, a woman who would be the laughing stock of every one of the world conferences she would have to attend? The other national leaders would chew her up and spit her out in seconds.

The problem with the liberal media now is that their market share is dropping because their extreme viewpoints are no longer representative of the American people... as evidenced by their woefully biased and ultimately incorrect polls as well as their declining viewership. CNN is already talking about layoffs. Other such outlets are facing similar problems.

But I will be as fair as I can in this statement: The "liberal media" channels and newspapers do not ruin my life. I claim disappointment but not ruination. It SHOULD NOT BE the goal of news journalism to propagate rumors, innuendo, and lies - but that is often what they report. That aspect of liberal media reporting is what gravely disappoints me. They find it necessary to condemn disinformation and then promptly disseminate false narratives and terribly inaccurate poll results. They selectively report on news in a way to emphasize "sensationalism" because they have sold out to the "panem et circusem" style of journalism... bread and circuses to satiate the masses. They have devolved into an entertainment industry, and there is where the liberal media groups have fallen flat on their faces.

I guess that is why the DOE does such a dismal job of educating the people who can't afford private schools. They don't deserve better. Tell that to the inner city blacks trapped in the spiral of poverty created by the Democrat's "Great America" programs which are designed not to uplift but to keep the slaves trapped on the modern version of a plantation. And now that the slaves have begun to wise up and not vote the Democrat party line, the Dems are replacing them by importing a new slave class from abroad.

John Bolton sums up Trump’s ideal cabinet picks in one damning word

Donald Trump’s former National Security Advisor gave a damning assessment of picks for the president-elect’s new cabinet, summing them up in one word.

John Bolton said that rather than having “loyalty” from those selected to serve in his new administration, Trump would prefer “fealty,” referring to a swearing of unwavering allegiance to a feudal lord or leader.

The president-elect has already demonstrated his willingness to appoint his cheerleaders to top positions, including Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, who were recently named as the joint heads of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Other eye-brow raising picks include Fox News host Pete Hegseth as defense secretary.

You keep harping about Democrats. The point is that more time is spent watching right wing news than there is left. You can ask the Ais in any question methodology you choose. You will find proof that right wind news has brainwashed people into believing their news is unbiased.

And the Trumpster want's to put a Fox News guy in as National security Advisor.

No doubt. American Education is inconsistent across the board. Our best, is the best in the world, our worst is unspeakable.

Can't wait for the dept of education to go. That responsibility and authority should be in the states, and the feds need to stop trying to exert their sick agendas in schools by way of funding threats

I make NO CLAIM that conservative bias doesn't also exist. I don't buy into that either.

Republicans reject Trump allies' pick, elect John Thune as next Senate majority leader

And I think there is plenty of Liberal Brainwashing to go around.

I bet if you stopped by the marina ( I live on a boat) and tried a little of my home made gumbo, wo would find plenty to agree one. My Grandmother was raised on a house boat in Lake Charles.

I bet if you stopped by the marina ( I live on a boat) and tried a little of my home made gumbo, wo would find plenty to agree one. My Grandmother was raised on a house boat in Lake Charles.

My wife was born and raised in Chak Bay, just about 5 miles from Thibodeau. She got grandmere's recipe for several things including the gumbo. But if we were comparing gumbo recipes, one of her high school classmates married a guy who for a while owned his own restaurant. HE makes a "Hunter's Gumbo" which, instead of chicken and pork sausage, might include duck and venison sausage. Not to be missed, I assure you.

I think if we were to compare notes, our biggest political issue is that I like the Constitution the way it is (more or less) and you want to change things a bit more than I do. My rationale for my position is seeing how there is a breakdown of respect for the constitution and I just feel that without adherence to written law, there is no stability. The mischief brought about by the Chevron Deference Doctrine (which finally got whacked this year) led to the emergence of the bureaucrats of the Executive Branch as de facto lawmakers when in point of strict law, it MUST be Congress who makes new law. When we make reference to the "Deep State" it is squarely found in the bureaucracy of the Executive Branch departments and their unforgivable penchant for making new laws, rules, definitions, and guidelines by fiat. That just CAN'T be allowed to continue.

Very well said. The administrative state (especially as it vaguely and whimsically makes rules which carry criminal sanctions but none of us are aware of, and the adjutication of which is totally corrupt), is one of those things that all sane people despise - I would go so far as to say MOST PEOPLE despise it - and yet nobody knows how to get rid of it or trim it to size. Hopefully Trump can

The point is that more time is spent watching right wing news than there is left.
Not sure how that is actually possible given that Fox isn't right-wing at all. They used to be fair and balanced but haven't been for 10+ years. They only covered Trump in 2016 because he was good for ratings. Then there are only two other "right-wing" networks but all the dozens of other cable and broadcast stations are so far left they've gone around the block so 2.25 stations leaning right to dozens all in for the left to the point where they were willing to lie outright to the American public regarding Biden and Harris. The numbers do not compute.
And the Trumpster want's to put a Fox News guy in as National security Advisor.
And "that guy" is actually qualified which is more than we can say for the people holding the post now.

You accuse Trump of choosing people who are loyal to him as if that were a bad thing. I think it is a smart thing but only because I know that Trump isn't choosing people because they check boxes. "I'll choose a black, woman as VP". What do "black" or "woman" have to do with any competency that a VP actually needs? And how did that work out for the country? Was Kamala competent because she was "black"? NO. Was she competent because she was a "woman"? NO. So how could she possibly have been the best PERSON for the job? Trump is choosing people who are qualified to do the job and who share his view on how a particular department should be run or dismantled. That way he doesn't have to spend every hour of every day trying to micro-manage the people he is putting in charge. If I were running a Fortune 500 company, I would be hiring competent people who believed in MY vision of how the company under MY direction should run. I would not be hiring people who hated my guts and would obstruct my agenda at every opportunity.

You completely miss the difference between the Progressives and Trump. Trump believes in the Constitution. Everyone he hires will also believe in the Constitution. He needs them to bring our government back to a place where it is in line with the Constitution. This is not some grand and different plan. It is a return to our roots.

Why would Trump hire people who don't believe in his platform and in the Constitution? He would end up with 2016 all over again with his staff (which he "acquired" rather than chose for the most part) stabbing him in the back until he fired them. Then they switched to stabbing him in his face on national TV for the past 8 years. Bolton is a piece of dog poo and that is why he was fired so I don't care what he says about Trump. It is his OPINION. That does not make his OPINION a FACT.
