I have been using attachments to view docs etc. in the database, the problem is that such docs may be out of date, that is, they may have been updated or amended. Is there any way to attach a doc in Access 2007 so that when the doc is updated, that updated version is automatically accessed in the database? Conversely, is there some other way to do this not using attachments?
