Auto capture data of a record

My advance thanks.
I have a query which involved two tables, are related 1:1. I have combobox based form for entries. The "JobNumber" ,indexed and no dupes, will not bring-up the other associated detail of a jobnumber.

When I selected the "indexed yes Dupes", it was fine on auto filling field of associate record of a job number.

How can I get around this prob?

Is anyone help me on this?
