When The User Checks The Option Box True I Want Todays Date To Display In The Date Feild.....any Help Or Do U Need More Info

If you mean an Option button then put this in the After Update of the button;

If Me.Option0 = True Then
Me.DateField = Date
Else
Me.DateField = ""
End If

You don't say if you DateFiled is bound or unbound.

PS, I hope your not using Date for the name of the "DateField" in your table, reson being it is am Access Reserved word.
