I regularly send advises to my co-workers contained in a template created in excel, which i insert into outlook express before sending. A sample of the table embedded in the email was shown below. (border was not shown)
Branch Amount1 Amount2 Difference
Branch1 100.00 50.00 50.00
Branch2 200.00 100.00 100.00
Branch3 100.00 50.00 50.00
Branch4 600.00 300.00 300.00
The 1st row are constant. The details in the other cells are either manually inputed or linked from a table in the same database.
Is there's a way i can manually accomplish the form in a vb or ms-access form and upon clicking a command shall automatically be sent to the recepient embedded/inserted (not attached) in an email, with a pre-defined message.
