Auto fill part of a form

Hey all
I have a inventory form, with POC's (the stuff is located all over the place)

What I am trying to is create a combo box with the last names of the POCs and the remaining info automatically fill in the text boxes.

I have tried the DLookup and it hasn't worked.

The POCs are in a seperate table, and when I link the info to the pocid field, and create a combo box for that, I am not allowed to change the pocid field. I think that is because it is the primary key and set to autonumber.
