Auto-filled field data capture to table??

I have a table of salesreps with region and email addresses. On my form, when the salesrep is entered, the region and email autopopulate. However, I want to capture the region into my main record so that if the rep changes regions, all the previously entered records will reflect the previous entry. I can get the autopopulate done, but I don't know how to 'bound' it then to a table field.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This would be one time that you would want to store the region (normally you wouldn't do that as it would be pulled together at any time). That way if they do change regions then the previous data would show history of what occurred in the past and didn't show them as being in the region for data when they were not.

Well, you would need to add that field in your table that is the underlying recordset of your form.
