Auto insert values in fields every month

Hi, i was trying to do this but I don't exactly know how.

On a form I would like to place a field which will automatically insert a text value and on the same time a numeric value on another field, every first day of a month, starting from this month and on. Something like this:

Text field Currency field Transaction Date
March bill 40 € mm/dd/yyyy

How can I do this?

I would probably use an Append query to add the new record as needed.
