Auto Sending E-mails

I have a database i am working on that deals with creating cases. the form is set up to send an e-mail to a respective person once a case is created. I was wondering if it was possible to have another e-mail sent out after a certain amount of time if the particular case was not accepted. For instance, for a case labeled urgent have a 10 min timer and send an email every 10 mins untill accepted? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
