Auto transfer to other form

hi..how to transfer the data from three different form into one form eg: three forms (got four text box for data), into order form (one big text box for discription box).on this three form, each form got command button call record.When the users click 'RECORD command button' So i want the data record and transfer to order form (all the data record display in that discription text box)So how to transfer/copy the data from four text box(three forms)to the order form?

anyone can help...
