Autocorrect

I've just been asked by a user if there's any way of incorporating the autocorrect option within Access from a file from Word, ie, they've downloaded the Word doc with all the autocorrect features into a document, including all the ones they've added specifically for the medical secretaries (some of which are really autotext). I realize that I can enter it one by one into the autocorrect feature in Access itself, but does anyone know please:

  • How, or if it's possible, to save this document into the database itself, or into Access?
  • This is a networked db - can / will this work for every user?

You'll be happy to know that Access shares the autocorrect file with all the Office applications. If you enter the autocorrect entries into Word, Access should "see" them too.
