Autofill calendar

Hi everyone.

I have created a access file that includes the following

Name of the music band playing
Place where the band is playing
Timeslot how many hours
Priority

What i like to do is based upon the data above, create a Macro that will automaticaly fills in the data into a calender bassed upon the time durating and priority. So autofill the calander with the bands name, timeslot and where its playing. Where should i start on this?

I like to do, this so that i dont need to fill it in manual each week, but just hit the button and create a autofill random calander.
